Athletes vs Epilepsy and SPENGA

have come together for a very special event in recognition of March 26:
Epilepsy Awareness Day!

Join us on March 26th at a participating SPENGA studio near you and WERK out to help raise funds and awareness for those living with the challenges of epilepsy.

WHAT IS SPENGA?

SPENGA blends three essential areas of fitness to boost endurance, strengthen muscles and revitalize your body using a combination of Spin, HIIT training and Yoga, in one class to create a great work out.

SPENGA believes that strong bodies and minds are created through the power of ride, rep, revive.

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

Whether you have a membership or not, you can participate for free.  All sessions will be taking donations.  Space is limited!  Registration will open in March! Click below on the SPENGA studio in your area:

I CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CLASS, CAN I MAKE A DONATION NOW?

Yes!  Simply click here to see a list of participating studios and to access each studio online donation page.  Your funds will go directly to the Epilepsy Foundation.  Your donation will help fund innovation in accelerating new treatments and therapies in a time frame that matters.  No donation is too big or too small, every dollar counts to the people living with the challenges of epilepsy.

While the Athletes vs Epilepsy SPENGA awareness event is a unique opportunity for you to improve your wellbeing, it is important that you do so under the guidance of your medical team. If you are unable to participate in one of the Werk outs, we hope that you can support someone who can, do an alternate exercise to walking, or register for another Athletes vs Epilepsy campaign.

The Epilepsy Foundation does not endorse specific products or services and encourages people living with epilepsy to work with their healthcare team in exploring treatment options.
