This year’s Walk to END EPILEPSY® – Raleigh is now a Virtual Walk on Saturday, October 10 due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
As of Monday, March 16, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is recommending no large gatherings of 10+ people take place for the next eight weeks.
Out of an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the Walk to END EPILEPSY - Raleigh for Saturday, October, 10, 2020. We are sorry we won't be seeing you on March 28, but are looking forward to October!
As always, the health and well-being of Epilepsy Foundation event participants, volunteers, staff and partners, as well as the greater epilepsy community, remains our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellness and safety to those we serve.
Even in times like this, seizures haven't stopped...and neither has the fight to END EPILEPSY. We hope you’ll join us in October for the Walk to END EPILEPSY – Raleigh! Please stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks, and be sure to check back here!
If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact Vicki Kopplin at [email protected] or 301-918-3744. We are looking forward to walking with you on Saturday, October 10 - more details coming soon!
