Welcome to the Moblins For Matt fundraising page!

Matthew passed away on May 31st, 2016 due to a complication in epilepsy called SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy.)

Matt was an avid video game player, one of his favorite games being those of the "Legend of Zelda" series.  Matthew's older brother Corey wrote a letter to Nintendo that was published by ZeldaInformer.com, which you can read here.  The outpouring of support from Zelda Informer, Zelda fans, and Nintendo has been incredible, so in Matthew's memory, Corey hosted a Zelda Livestream on Twitch to raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation called "Moblins for Matt."

The Livestream on September 9th at 7pm CST was a massive success. The streamers played six Zelda games in 66 hours: Legend of Zelda (NES), A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Majora's Mask.  They managed to raise $5,335!

The goal is to add as much money toward the fundraiser as possible! Click the "Support Me" button at the top of the page to make a donation!
