We are working hard to keep Will seizure-free. This year has been an amazing year so far! Through Will's dedication and unwavering efforts to stay on the Keto diet, we were able to successfully wean him off! The whole point of the diet is to retrain his brain to help accept medication or to stop the brain from mis-firing and causing seizures. The diet succcessfully did this for Will! He is still on medication two times a day and we still have to watch what he eats, but he is living a more normal life every day! We could not have done this without the support of our family and friends, as well as doctors and dieticians. Will is now enjoying the ability to play sports again. He is also enjoying eating the foods his friends get to eat and not having anything measured to meet a certain ratio. God is so good!

We would love to get him off medication as it has bad side effects and can be damaging to his body, so we are praying for an overall cure. Your donations to this walk and more will help accomplish this.

There is so much more research that needs to be done to find a cure or a way for kids/adults living with epilepsy to have seizure-free days! We would love to have everyone join our Will-Power team and many other families as we walk on September 15th.

We are raising funds to make a difference in the lives of people living with epilepsy. The mission of the Epilepsy Foundation is to stop seizures and SUDEP, find a cure and overcome the challenges created by epilepsy through efforts including education, advocacy and research to accelerate ideas into therapies.

Please support this cause by making a safe and secure donation to my fundraising webpage.Giving to the Epilepsy Foundation means you make the world a better, easier, more manageable place for the nearly 3 million people in the U.S. who are living with epilepsy and seizures.

Thank you for your help and support
